Given the situation generated by Covid-19, we have developed a new transformation strategy in the operation of our tourist accommodation based on the following premises:
– Preserve the health and safety of our workers, suppliers and clients.
– Reduce contact in interactions.
– Optimization of operational processes, simplifying and digitizing the service.
– Adapt our service to new paradigms and customer needs.
During all this time, and based on these principles, we have been working together with technicians and health professionals, in new protocols and specific measures in order to offer you a safe vacation, for you and yours. Below you will find the new protocols and measures that we have implemented in all our accommodations. So that you enjoy your stay, with total security and the tranquility of always.
Prevention measures
Our entire team receives specific and updated training on the new protocols and measures implemented.
Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are incorporated in the reception and prevention kits (mask and gel) in the accommodation.
The customer WC and the luggage storage service will not be available.
Capacity reduction (1 client for each receptionist) and protective screens at the reception.
Cleaning and Hygiene Measures
We have reinforced our cleaning team with companies specialized in sanitary and industrial cleaning that guarantee compliance with the regulations and measures recommended by the Ministry of Health.
Sheets and towels: You will be provided with a plastic bag to deposit all the sheets and towels so that they are not manipulated until their subsequent treatment in the laundry.
As always, all the textiles in our accommodations (sheets, towels, pillows, bedspreads, curtains, etc …) are sanitized and treated in industrial laundry with virucidal disinfectants.
Each of our accommodations will be treated with stricter individual cleanings after each reservation. Incorporating new hygiene models and new products such as hospital disinfectant.
After disinfection of the accommodation, the frequently used elements (remote controls) will be sealed.
All keys will be delivered previously disinfected.
Social Distancing Measures
The CHECK-IN will be done exclusively ONLINE.
We digitize our tourist guides: Once the online check-in is done, all our clients will receive our Free Ebook of the Costa Dorada with recommendations and excursions to do on their own.
To resolve any questions that may arise during your stay without having to go to our offices, we provide you with 24-hour service by Telephone, E-Mail and WhatsApp.
All actions by our maintenance and / or cleaning team will be carried out when the occupants are outside the accommodation. Our staff uses approved masks and disposable gloves for each accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All our rates for sale are cancellable at no cost. Cancellation can be made up to 7, 15 or 30 days before the date of entry. There may be some exceptions for certain accommodations at certain times of high demand. Please, review the conditions of the selected rate during the reservation process with the exact details of the terms and conditions of each property.
In case you have made the reservation with an online travel agency or other intermediary, we recommend that you contact your travel agency to obtain information about the policies that apply.
